Working with Jim and Mark was a very pleasurable experience. I was at wit’s end trying to find a company willing to address my floor joist problem caused by termites. After viewing my floor joists, Mark relieved a lot of my anxiety with his repair solution of providing support to the joists rather than removing and replacing them. He confirmed my observations that the joists were not badly damaged even though another contractor claimed that they were and had recommended removal and replacement. I can’t be more satisfied with the work that took place.

They secured our business prior to the beam replacement by coming out and providing us with a very honest assessment and then providing us with a truly fair price.
